They do not wish to deliver to a gated estate so, no notice, call or sms they decided to just return the item. I asked that they look for it and was told it was returned, but then an hour later they found it, so had to drive 30km each way to pick it up from Molendinar. Another package I had ordered was not so lucky and was shipped back to seller. Took 8 days.

Next day, chased up local post office and it was not left there the day before waited the rest of the day at home but no delivery. Next day went to another post office and it was there. I suggest that if a delivery is not possible, the person should leave a card with their contact number so the customer can work out where the parcel is and arrange a pickup.
