  It took a while, but I finally got my case. The build quality is great and the case looks fantastic. This is the third case I have ordered from them and they always build a great product. Customer service is also fantastic and they always answer your questions and return your emails. The only issue I have had was with the shipping company Forward Freight, they are very unprofessional

  5 stars for the quality of the case. 1 star for comm. Ordered on September 16th, and received on October 24th. I wouldn't have heard from them if I hadn't requested to cancel the order since we wouldn't receive it in time. Production times are in bold and were read and understood. 3-4 weeks production time once ordered. I emailed during the 3rd week knowing we wouldn't receive it by the end of the 4 weeks. They were professional and courteous during messages. Will purchase from them again.

  I was quote disappointed to find the quoted timeline failed in such dramatic fashion. Though I have purchased from SafeCase in the past, I have not had the timeline issues as in this case. The quoted timeline was "approximately 3-4 weeks" and the actual delivery was 9 weeks. I didn't bother to begin asking about the progress until week 7. That communication was not reciprocated here until I emailed them directly. Quality is great. I really wanted to post negative, but I relent to neutral.

  Asked for a custom size, they charged me double, it took almost a month, arrived damaged and was also built totally wrong and opposite of the design, I had to spend hundreds of dollars and many hours to repair, when I asked for help I was ignored. My emails and texts have been ignored. If he would have at least answered me we might have avoided this.
