  The listing showed an image of eight brushes. The description said a 'set' but did not specify the number. When the set arrived, there were only SIX. The seller apologised for the mistake. I asked them to send the other two. They sent an image of a return label and expected me to print this (I don't have a printer), stick it on the packet and make my way to a Post Office. I argued that it was up to them to make it right at minimum inconvenience to me. They're now ghosting me.
