    This place is a scam. They advertised a new toilet seat and sent me a used and broken one ! Disgusting. When I complained they offered a 50% refund. When I said I want a full refund they stopped responding. I guess this is their business plan: Sell junk that they obtain for nothing and offer 50% off the listed price when people complain. Fraudulent.

Huge hassle to receive, communicate and return giant heavy item. Seller did not acknowledge, apologize or update listing with correct info.
