    I do not rate items. eBay needs to return to having the feedback system rate the transaction, not the item!!! Shipping time: This is the slowest domestic shipping time I have ever experienced in hundreds of purchases on eBay. Yes, the wide variance in delivery time estimate alludes to this. It took 10 days for the item to go from Louisiana to Texas! Many of my purchases from China have arrived in less time than that! For that reason alone, I will not buy from this seller again.
