When the box arrived at my house, I could tell it had been beat up by FedEx, and I was worried that the plates would be broken, but they were so well packed that there’s no way they would’ve ever have been damaged.   The Denby Mugs I ordered were in pristine condition. They look brand new. Just as described. They were packed extremely well… each mug was wrapped in paper, then in bubble wrap and taped securely.
