    Listing clearly states the coin is PCGS certified and mentions a cert# as well.The coin I received was in a paper coin flip. and not certified. Also the coin I received was severely damaged and unable to be graded. This is the second time in 24 years I've left negative feedback.

    You bought an 1836 bust quarter that was ungraded. I also have listed an 1834 bus half small date. Small letters graded by PCG S at an extra fine 45. You bought the wrong item and then left me a negative feedback because you made a mistake.
