  The item was new and not used as described but it was a bit dusty and dirty. For me that is worth mentioning. It was nothing a scrub down couldn’t fix. The seller did a great job packaging the item. Shipping costs are high but are high all around. The seller did have an expense of packaging materials needed to ship this item and spared no expense with the bubble wrap! This was wrapped securely and with care to ensure safe delivery. I am overall content with my purchase. Thank you.
