  These items get only 2 starts because the first time they said they would send me the product in October when I purchased it in August. When I complained, them the vendor told me they would ship them right away. When I received the products, they were sealed but when I opened them, they were not correct. The problem is this product DOES NOT have a rose quartz roller ball. IT IS A PLASTIC BALL!! When I complained to the vendor again, they apologized and only refunded me half! Scam Ad.
