    Ordered a Western Digital solid state hard drive for my PS3. It arrived on time, & works properly so far. The seller has the item listed as new condition, but I received a used one. Didn t come in original packaging, and showed signs of use. Contacted the seller, claimed that an agent used the wrong ad to list the hard drive. Seller refunded half my money and let me keep the hard drive, which was appreciated. Hopefully they update the ad to USED for future purchasers.

    Condition and quality and appearance of boards was excellent from what I could see. Packaged in anti-static bags and bubble wrap nice and tight in box. Great price. And very fast shipping, didn't take long at all. The tracking info was questionable, still says it's enroute, but they've already been delivered.

The seller was very good about it and offered me either a replacement or a refund and I did not have to send back the damaged drive. I opted for the refund and received it within a day.     Seller sent a different item than listed, when questioned about the mix up they gave me some story about how the two items were the same but somehow “different from the factory batch”. The only reason I am leaving positive feedback is because they refunded my money. Sketchy at best, buyer beware.
