  The boots are in perfect condition! There were inserts that helped keep them from getting folded up, and the box was taped extra to keep them secure. Shipping took a while longer than expected, but I was kept on the know about my packages whereabouts. They are a little brighter than the image, but new and undamaged as described. They are definitely my new favorite shoes, and I will totally wear them everyday! Worth the money!
