  The shipping time had absolutely nothing to do with the seller. The package got lost in the USPS system for almost 2 weeks. Seller contacted me about opening a case when it was late but I suggested we wait. I stopped by my local post office and ‘amazingly’ it just happened to have been scanned at the depot that morning. Package came a couple days later and it was in perfect condition.

  This item IS NOT NEW! Ebays description of new is an unopened box. This was clearly opened since one side fell out of the shipping container and the car had no instructions. it had no instructions because it was opened! You do not accept returns but i want a refund.
