I bring to you all kinds of items from estate sales, auctions and buyouts. I work hard at providing the best description I can and to keep you happy. Please feel free to ask any questions.     This Liftmaster Garage Deadbolt Lock was indeed new and works like a champ. I am impressed with both the deadbolt and Great Gizmos N Gadgets for getting it out quickly, allowing for three days earlier than the original delivery date.
