  Seller quickly dropped off item at the post office after I ordered. The tracking showed the item going from state to state but it never got to my state and did not get dropped off. I contacted the seller and they responded immediately to my questions. They did a search and suspected that the item was lost by the USPS. Without hesitation, they refunded my money.   Great transaction and delivery. A comment on the packaging though -- the wreathe leaves were very bent and out of shape due to the flat envelope and I had to re-work them to look nice like the picture shown.
