They arrived safely in spite of the burst open package, I feel lucky, packages were falling out but were all there.     The item arrived with a big dent on the side (did not seem to have been caused during shipping but probably had been shipped as is. It was shipped without padding in a plastic bag.) which prevented it from forming an intimate contact with the induction cooktop thus not in working order. The seller offered a small refund for us to keep the damaged item. Not to bother with return/refund, etc., we decided to keep the damaged item. Not happy.
