  Seller did a thorough job describing item an clearly indicated that the jacket did not have a hood. It was exactly what I wanted, a perfect fit, and in great condition. Shipping seemed a tad high to me, but the item was rather bulky, so perhaps that was why. Overall, a good buying experience.
