    Seller is very nice and courteous. quick communication however pic shows 2 items but listing is only for 1 item. Tried to cancel it 50 minutes after ordering and seller refused. Got it and immediately shipped back but seller only trying to give half my money back even though seller pays return shipping per listing. After weeks of back n forth I had to involve and get help from ebay. Ebay decided in my favor and got me full refund! Thanks ebay! Not sure if I'll order from this seller again

    Exactly as described and pictured in listing. The tool works perfectly on well made watches, but results are not as great on some of the less expensive microbrands (this has more to do with the microbrands than the tool. Be careful if the bezel has a ceramic or sapphire insert, as the pressure applied may crack them). Overall this is a better alternative (in my opinion) than the other bezel removers that use blades to remove the bezel. Well packaged and shipped promptly
