  Item arrived partly damaged (the fault of the shipper, the box obviously took a hit in transit), but the seller was responsive about this and quickly filed a claim with the shipper. Damage was unfortunate but the shipper was helpful and understanding. Refund was issued as soon as the seller's claim was processed.
