  I purchased several books from Tammy. Her communication was outstanding. I lost my 50-year collection of decorative painting and tole painting books and packets, painting supplies, sewing machine and supplies and on and on. It was wonderful to find older and out of print books at reasonable prices. I forgot to mention in previous feedback that Tammy Promptly refunded $ for combined shipping. All the books were in excellent condition as described, very well packaged and shipped quickly. A+++

  I received my packet today. Yay. It’s in perfect, new condition, as described. I’m in Hawaii so it was shipped very quickly and packaged well. It clearly stated on front and back “DO NOT BEND” in large letters but the Post Office bent it anyway to get it in my box. Because of the cardboard backing that the seller included there was no damage to the product. I would buy again from this seller.

She reached out to Ebay to find out why I could not provide my zip code so she could meet my request, provide a phone number and the steps so that I could contact and try to resolve, this took over a week and a half of extra work on her end.
