  The quality of the product was very nice. The condition was new as advertised. The appearance was perfect. The value was exceptional!!! This vendor was willing to counter offer. And had a very good low threshold. So much so, that the vendir had 7 other exactly like quilts. And i was able to counter offer for all the rest of the 7 quilts. Outstanding service! Great Vendor!   The seller is very polite. I bought this for our daughter for Christmas. He forgot to include the curtains on accident. I contacted him and he called me right away and problem being fixed.   Item had just small, wee issue but the seller was very amenable to a satisfactory resolution. Otherwise, item is very nice and would recommend; these things simply sometimes just happen. Arrived in time for my surgery next week so I am happy and will be the hit on the hospital ward! Thank you.

Sorry been under the weather and often don't check messages on the weekend (even when I'm well) So I wasn't available when you sent those two messages after my work week.
