  Fast shipping and well packaged! The item itself did not quite match what's pictured in the listing. I received a much thicker set of reins with less spacing between buttons than the picture, and while it doesn't affect the function, still they are not as pleasing aesthetically as the photo.

  Item arrived damaged as it was VERY pooly packed. Contacted Seller 21 November. Seller replies promptly to messages and advised they would replace damaged item. Seller said he posted on 27/11. Provided tracking number 2/12. As of today 17 Dec item has still not arrived. Nearly 1 month after advising of damaged item.

  Very nice reins as described at an affordable price, but packing left a lot to be desired. Reins arrived bent and it has been hard to fix.
