  Product described as "new" with a new price tag but was obviously used. Arrived in box with packing tape all over it (previously opened, which it wasn't supposed to be), things rattled inside (poor packing NOT from manufacturer), and product was damaged (black marks and scratches). Seller fully refunded my money (good) & did not want it back. Said he had 2 and sent wrong one (hmmm...). It could have been worse, but my experiences on ebay are almost always perfect, so this stands as a negative.

  You were IMMEDIATELY refunded within a few hours after I realized I sent you the wrong one, without making you go through the hassle of returning. Why the negative feedback? I can see with a feedback of 12 you are new maybe that is the reason.
