    This seller is United Wheels which is the parent company of Royce Union. For whatever reason, they just won't communicate with you through eBay. They never answered any of my questions and marked the package as shipped 3 days after I received the bike via FedEx. Only because I have a FedEx online account I knew the item was coming. If it wasn't because of that I would have canceled the order. The bike was delivered in perfect condition and you won't fine a bike like this for $220 anywhere.

    Processing was efficient, shipping speed was a little slow. Seller communication was non-existent, they didn't bother to update shipping information and never responded to any inquiries. They happened to ship me two bikes when I only paid for one. Still haven't heard back from them on possibly returning the second one. But I did receive the bike I ordered.
