  After receiving a product with incorrect application instructions on the specific packaging for the love bracelet, I sent them a message, explained what happened and asked for a replacement if they would consider that. They responded by telling me they had no stock at the time and gave me a full refund. I complimented them on that and went back to the site to order kits for several of my watches.
