The robe is in excellent condition, just as described. The price was great, it was well packed and shipping was reasonable. I didn't receive it in the initial quoted timeframe and when I reached out to the seller, I got no response, which was a little disappointing. However, once I'd sent the email, I received notice that the item had a tracking number and was on its way. I do love the robe, so I appreciate having the chance to purchase it.
