We first started selling records back in 1976 at our West London store in the UK, on the doorstep of punk. Nearly fifty years later, we're still celebrating the most exciting new music and vinyl format. Listing was labeled incorrectly, so a picture disc was sent instead of the colored vinyl. Contacted seller and they graciously offered the option of either a discount or a refund. I opted for the refund, and the seller supplied a return label due to the error in the listing. They promptly refunded once they received it back. In the end, they owned up to the error, corrected the listing, and made a conscious effort to fix everything and make things right, so seller is still highly recommended.
