    Messaged the seller about why it didn't ship after buying it five days previously. Got a vague response. Took forever to arrive. Took it out of the box and the bottom was chipped where the battery cover slides into. Like someone took a flathead screwdriver to it. The screw was missing to hold the battery cover in place, and the laser is garbage. Flickers and extremely slow, even on the "active" setting. Waste of money.

    Product arrived late, but I did notify that the product did not stay charged long and dies quickly, customer service refunded me and resolved the issue, will work with again when I need another camera, decided to not purchase any for a while since shipping carriers are delaying packages. Seller is very responsive, would recommend to buy from again.
