  There were three main failures by the seller in this transaction: 1. Shipping - Took a long time to get the product. Not a huge deal, but still annoying. 2. Missing Parts - The product has advertised as “like new” return, but it was actually missing a part, so I can’t use it. 3. Communication - Seller offered to get a replacement part, and then has ghosted me for the past 4 days.   Great product and re-packaged extremely well, i.e., double corrugated cardboard box inside another larger box. Delivery time was lickety-split fast too!
