  They matched price but they provided tracking way past the shipping date, via USPS , Shows delivered even though we did not get it. They gave a refund and said keep if it arrives . Others had same deal with vendor. Something was wrong with this deal . Never got what I ordered. Sure felt like this was a China deal. Next time I’ll just buy American.

  ordered 4 units on 2 seaprate orders - garage shelving - first order they provided a tracking number but no carrier - have no way to know who it shipped with - disputed and received a refund. Second order was for 3 shelving units - they provided tracking way past the shipping date, via USPS and only one tracking number for 3 shelves. Will not provide tracking for the other units. Shows delivered even though we did not get it. No resolution from seller - had to file a claim to get my refund

  I received a Better Homes & Garden fan that looks like this, but that's not what is listed. I didn't even realize the fan delivered from a local store/carrier was mine because it's addressed to someone else, it's a different brand, and didn't come via FedEx like the seller claimed. Since it was not sent via FedEx, the tracking number the seller provided wasn't helpful and I've been waisting my time with this seller and the local store.
