Seller was rude, unprofessional and from what I understood was selling an item that wasn’t even ready to be shipped without clarifying how long would take to ship it. When I asked how long he thought would take to ship the item I had paid for a whole week before he just responded “WHATEVER IT WILL TAKE”! ??? I did get a refund but wasted all this time on an item HE DIDNT HAVE!!! VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!

Glad I didn’t spend double or triple the money for probably the same wrenches with another company’s name stamped on them. The metal is thick and sturdy excellent quality at an affordable price. Highly recommend for those rare times when you will absolutely need a stubby. Already needed the 15mm and 13mm within a week of getting these.

Item is NOT the one I was expecting based on the model shown in the picture, it looks different in several aspects, the main issue being that the racks shown in the pic are 4 sturdy squares, the one that arrived was just two cheap, flimsy strips with thin wires that don't appear will withstand much use! Additionally, apart from the aforementioned -- this unit is also defective/damaged! The knobs are slanted at odd angle and one corner is dented/paint nicked off - it seems it fell at some point!

Item is as described good pricing the only problem I had with this was the tracking number I was given was incorrect. so I was chasing with the post office and the seller to see how my package was delivered when it was not even here.
