I contacted the seller ten days after the expected delivery date to report that the card did not arrive. The seller investigated the issue and promptly refunded me. The seller then offered to send me a vintage card as a gesture for the inconvenience of the lost card. Next thing I know, he packed a SGC slabbed Don Mattingly 1984 Topps RC and printed out the shipping label! The seller exceeded his responsibilities as an eBay seller and I am truly grateful for his professionalism and service!
