    The item was lost by the post office, somewhere in the Philadelphia postal center, showing it arrived and was processed on May 3rd.The seller was very apologetic and offered right away to refund me. I chose to wait another week, but finally admitted to myself that it was either lost or stolen in the post office. Anyway, the seller refunded me my payment in full. I would have no problem dealing with him again.

    Yes sorry about this - low rate of USPS losses, probly 1 per 1000 packages, but guess this one is still out there somewhere - appreciate your patience and sorry did not get the transaction done.
