    I'm giving positive feedback to this seller as item arrived quickly, was priced fairly and was good with communication. The item itself, was very hard to fit on the Moto 5g phone and the protective screen was impossible to get out of the packaging and had to be destroyed to remove it. Not the sellers fault, but I wouldn't recommend the item.

    Would not purchase from this seller again. The Item shipped (eBizCity Tempered Glass in a silver package) is NOT THE ITEM SHOWN (Teckoo in a yellow box). The shipping label was printed Immediately, but no movement on tracking. Contacted the seller after a week and the respone was "oh, you still want it?" I recieved the eBizCity glass 10 days after ordering it.

    the product is GREAT! as advertised! and the communication from the seller was IMPECCABLE! We had some shipping issues that were NOT the fault of the seller (USPS fault!) - and even thought it was not their fault, the seller went out of their way to make it right!     I was charged for a sceen protector thast I ordered, but did not arrive with one. Seller just wants to argue back and forth that I selected "no screen protector" option. Who buys a phone case with no screen protection?? It is clearly shown in the picture, and the price reflected the option with the screen protector. I was charged over $9, clearly I paid for the screen protection. Very poor customer service. Order from another vendor.
