Both times, the item was exactly as advertised, but both times, the shipping took a long time, presumably because it is regular mail from Canada.

    Great seller! This is the second pick guard I have purchased from this seller. With this transaction first guard arrived damaged. They shipped a replacement right away. Very responsive to emails also. Please understand shipping is a little slower because international but it’s not unreasonable at all. Highly recommend!!!!

    Really nice pickguard. Love the appearance and it is as advertised. Buyers should be aware, it can take a looooooooooooong time to arrive. Seller is a quality merchant, and when my guard did not arrive as expected, she was quite willing to refund me. The guard finally arrived unexpectedly (about 2 weeks later than estimated), I was more happy to allow her to charge my account again, because the guard is high quality. No problem ordering again, but will plan to wait a bit. Nice quality pickguard.

    I’ve bought several of these. Love them. My only complaint is that they take a while to arrive, but that’s the postal system. The last one I ordered arrived damaged, and the seller refunded the price right away based on the photo I sent without requiring me to return it. Great customer service!
