Really happy with this purchase, the quality is excellent and even better than I expected. I ordered a set of 6 pads but received only one. Contacted seller and I provided the evidence seller requested. Seller was apologetic and undertook to fulfill the order. Seller then suggested I ask for refund rather than complete the order. I again requested to complete the order. Seller again asked to give a refund because of some complicated process. I gave up & agreed to a refund. I received a refund that was less than original payment, to allow for the one pad I was supplied. POOR EXPERIENCE
