    Received item that was 5 inches longer than stated. It is a maxi dress so an extra 5 inches for a 5 ft 3 inch human is a big deal. I contacted seller and stated that I needed to get it altered/hemmed for a cost of $15. Seller stated he did not know how to measure a dresses length...seriously! Seller accused me of trying to get the item for free. I offered to send seller photo with measuring tape stating 55 inch length. Seller then ghosted me not answering any communication for three days.

    Buyer asked width not length in message prior to sale. Description stated approximately 50 inches in length. Mistake was never shown on measurements in any pictures. Buyer demanded multiple times that we pay $15 for alterations on a $10 dress, which is not reasonable since return shipping is half of that. It was stated a return would be the best option at that time and to have a better day. Buyer continued to message asking for payment. Thank you 🙏for your help in how to measure a dress!
