Seller failed to communicate that the product ordered was really not available. Seller tried to send an unacceptable substitute. Leaving 'neutral' feedback because seller did admit to what had been done and refunded the full purchase price.

    I received my package on monday and its not even close to what I ordered. I have reached out to the seller everyday since I received the package with NO response! I only ordered the set for one specific car and they assured me that it was the one they were going to send. They definitely did NOT send the Hotwheels let's race 10 pack and have yet to reach out! The slip inside the package tells me to return it to Amazon and they will give me a gift card. I didn't order it from Amazon! No giftcard!
