    Everything was packaged securely and each coral had plenty of water for the trip. They were secured to cups to avoid damage. Package was cushioned and had heat packs in it. Robbie was very friendly and considerate of the shipping holiday. Communicated the delay and kept me updated. Always a positive experience when we buy from him! He definitely has the best prices and each coral is exactly as described.

    Only seller I've found that offers this type of crab and at a very reasonable price! Expert packaging with crab triple bagged for no leaks and heat packs affixed inside insulated container for cold protection. Consolidated with 4 other coral purchases made shipping very cost effective on top of the reasonably priced shipping offered! After proper acclimation all items are thriving and are show quality. Seller accepts offers and communicates in a timely manner. Seller Highly recommended!

    Seller Robbimaso7, sent me a DOA coral, Completely DEAD, I told Him before he sent out (see eBay messages) to use Heat Packs because it is Very Cold in NC, and he did NOT, (see pictures and messages) for the water and box was Very Cold, and inside was a DEAD Very Cold Coral that was supposedly to be Live, and Also he sent me the WRONG SIZE, he sent me 3 inches, his add was for 4-4 1/ inches, see pictures, and he Never returned my messages, so had to put claims eBay and WF Reflect credit card.

    The picture the buyer sent shows that the coral is alive with all its green tissue and a different pic that he sent me with a ruler shows that this coral was a little over 4 inches so I am not sure if the buyer is just not to experienced with corals to tell if they are alive or is just being dishonest. We even offered to refund the price of the coral anyway eventhough it is alive and is 4 inches.
