Nach Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Support via WhatsApp wurde mir anhand meiner Fahrzeugdaten mitgeteilt, dass ich eine andere Box benötige. Diese wurde mir kurzerhand zugeschickt und die falsche Box wurde retourniert. Mit der korrekten Box klappt alles einwandfrei, vielen Dank an den netten und schnellen Support.
