  Item was lost at first, but seller was happy to to send another and when it arrived as defective they were polite and refunded me quickly and without hassle. Lost some time but seller made it virtually painless. Ship time after reporting it lost was very fast! No external damage either so it appeared to be a good battery at first glance.
