    Placed my order 3/5/25 for a 22mm spindle. Messaged 3/11 was told that the item still "needs to be made". How was it "in stock" when I ordered but it still needs to be made? This was not a pre-order, or made to order item. I messaged on 3/18 and was told again that they still need to be made. I Still haven't received it as of 3/29 but my card was still charged on day one. Will not be purchasing from this seller again. Especially after reading online of his bad reputation with other buyers.

    I was highly impressed with the price for what you get. Once I received my RNC cranks, the quality appeared to be excellent. Only thing I can say is the packaging could have been better. They were just slide tightly into a bubbled envelope. They got a little banged up during transit. Still very happy with my purchase.

    The listing claimed 5.625” or 6” length with no way to select what length I wanted. I wrote in the notes section that I needed the 6” length spindle. I received the 5.625” length one. I gave him a chance to respond to my message before I left this feedback. I have worked in the bmx industry before so I know how important listing the items correctly is. Was my last part to finish my new bike disappointed to say the least. I have his pegs, cranks, and other parts but won’t be in the future.
