It didn't exactly match the item description, however -- though brand new, in perfect condition and fully functional, the original item was out of stock so a substitute with a different feature set was shipped instead. I explained my disappointment with the substitution and to the seller's credit they provided a partial refund. Their customer service was outstanding the whole time: prompt, professional and courteous.

When i received the item it was not the item that I purchased. Even the picture of the item that I purchased shows the specific ITEM and PRICE that I paid. The seller insists that the item sent is what I purchased and I disagree. Either the sellers web page is not set up correctly or the seller is running a BAIT AND SWITCH. I personally would not do any business with this person in the near future.
