    The seller shipped quickly so my package arrived soon after purchase. It didn't exactly match the item description, however -- though brand new, in perfect condition and fully functional, the original item was out of stock so a substitute with a different feature set was shipped instead. I explained my disappointment with the substitution and to the seller's credit they provided a partial refund. Their customer service was outstanding the whole time: prompt, professional and courteous.

    Picked out a specific item , color and was given a price. Did a buy it now and made payment. When i received the item it was not the item that I purchased. Even the picture of the item that I purchased shows the specific ITEM and PRICE that I paid. The seller insists that the item sent is what I purchased and I disagree. Either the sellers web page is not set up correctly or the seller is running a BAIT AND SWITCH. I personally would not do any business with this person in the near future.

    Exactly as advertised! You get two separate units. The "Clamp" to hold your phone and the "Mount" to hold a web cam. Either one can be use with the short "Leg" or the long posistionable "Table Clamp. Both clamps hold securely onto the table and phone. Item shipped quickly and well packaged. This item will greatly improve my eBay item photos and decrease considerably the time I spend on photos for my posts. When you consider the free shipping, it's a great price too!
