Shipping was a bit steep, but not out of the realm of what was required to get the item safely to me. Item packaging was appropriate to avoid damage during shipping.     It seems to be working pretty good. There might be a battery life issue. We are giving it more time to confirm either way. All contents and packaging was in good condition. The price was in the median level, good. My son was very pleased to receive it as a gift. The surprise factor wasn't there because the seller wrote what the contents of the box were and my son saw it when it arrived. I brought this to the seller's attention and they apologized.
