    I did not received my 2 chia seed orders, I did however received a long slender package which the seller said was sent and delivered, but was cat food, and package does not have a shipping label with name or address. I presumed delivery mistake, took package back to post office send back to sender, but no return address...just a bar code label. Contact seller and explained issue...they refunded me...they were fast in resolving this issue A+++. Sorry for the circumstance, but good communication.

    A good quality product that was marketed with false or misleading advertising. Advertised as 96 KPods but was only 72 on arrival. Contact with seller was unsatisfactory as he would only answer that it had arrived on time and that I had received 4 boxes. I returned the coffee and requested a refund. I also bought 72 KPods from another seller who honestly advertised it as only 72 KPods and was $20.00 cheaper than what this seller had charged me, hence the reason for this rating.
