  As always a great seller. Unfortunately the package was stolen in the mail, presumably by the mail carrier and I have an inspection going. I would suggest writing on the packages: No Gift Cards. I think it's why the package was stolen. I will be ordering another hard drive when I get the money.

  Hdd arrived a day earlier than schedule. Shipping was for sure quick and packaged very well. For a hard drive including windows 10, the price was an exceptional value. Before purchase I had two questions seller promptly answered. Communication with seller was great. After I put the new hdd in the laptop, I turned it on. As it cycled and booted within a few moments the windows 10 home screen came up. Everything was working and brand new again as described. Thank you risaiklit, for a great product

I sent risaiklit a message and he cancelled the order refunded my money, so I was able to rebuy it and I had it quickly. Sent instructions on how to install the hard drive.
