Ordered £45.54 for teacups, milk jug, and sugar bowl. Unfortunately, part of the items arrived broken. Despite this, the Rinkit service proposed to reimburse me only £6.66 out of the additional £32.18 I will have to pay to replace the damaged goods.
I find it astonishing that they are unable to contact the transportation company to resend the broken items free of charge considering that I have already paid both the merchandise and the associated shipping costs.

Positive feedback for the prompt dispatch of my order and an excellent service excellent service. HOWEVER, the packaging was of a very flimsy quality which resulted in the box being torn and badly damaged(see smaller picture). EVRI repackaged it in an extremely larger box wrapped up in tape. I'm extremely disappointed with the way my package arrived.
