  Supposedly shipped wrong item then just refunded without contact or anything. I feel like something is fishy about it. Why wouldn’t you just ship correct item? I’ve had a few experiences like this on eBay. I purchased an item for a price. Get me that item for that price. Don’t say something went wrong and refund with no contact before hand. Just feel something is off or fishy about it.
