  This seller was absolutely wonderful to work with. My purchase arrived with many broken pieces due to mishandling by the carrier. I notified the seller and she immediately made sure I was satisfied. The purchase was as described and I was looking forward to completing my china. She packaged the product very well but obviously someone dropped the box. I can recommend her for quick response and customer satisfaction.

  Seller does respond quickly! Also was open to my offer. Items packaged well against breakage. I have only positive on these qualities. However, the photos made the plates look brown in color but they are yellow :/ I should have been more aware of the 'amber' in the description and what it meant. I assumed and I should have clarified. Lesson learned, for me. Nothing against the seller except to request photos be taken in better lighting. The photos still look brown to me. Thank you, despite!
