  There was an issue with the shipping address which was discussed with the seller ahead of being shipped out within 3 mins of purchase. The seller confirmed the change prior to posting. Disappointed that my purchase still went to the wrong address and had to be redirected. The item itself when it finally arrived was exactly as described and what was needed. Extremely well packaged. Worth the asking price.

  Seller was nice and communicated well. They did what they said they would do. Shipping was quick and on-time. The problem was the packaging. The seller made a nice effort with packing materials. But they should not have shiipped the (2) subwoofers in the same box. The box used for shipping, had been used for pillows. So it was not a strong box and it was too large for the speakers. The speakers moving around within the box caused the tabs that hold the top plates on to get broken off.
